Check-in and out

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of £500 will be due 7 days before check-in. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is any damage to the property.

Tourist tax

Tourist Tax is calculated per adult per night €1.54 per adult per night and is payable with your booking,

Cancellation

If you need to cancel we will try our best to re-let the property, and if successful we will refund your payment in full less any expense or loss incurred by us. We recommend you take out travel insurance.

Payments

An initial payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 12 weeks before your arrival. If you are booking within 12 weeks before your arrival then the full payment is required at the time of booking.

Pets

We regret we are unable to accept pets at the property due to family members having severe allergies.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside, using the ashtrays provided. Strictly prohibited inside the house.
